Me - "Surgery went great. Feeling OK?

Pt - "I feel OK. Did you eat lunch?"

Me - "Yeah, I had some macaroni salad and Cool Ranch Doritos..."

Pt - "You did my surgery on Doritos?!?!"

If you’re doing a procedure or working in the operating room and just throw your garbage on the floor and don’t pick it up, go find another job.

OK....we don't reduce the POSTERIOR SC dislocation in the ED....

Just because their dashboard's pretty doesn't mean it's good for patients...

I’d like to have a conversation with the person who sets the paper towel dispenser to give you 5mm of paper towel after you wash your hands. I just want to know who hurt them, or perhaps verify if they actually wash their hands after they use the restroom.

The orthopaedics part hasn't been that realistic so far. I think a lot of the rest of it has been good.
