I'd have to check my supplies to see what I have, I'm sure I won't have any specific charms from back then. Do you have a picture of the necklace you had, or what you'd like?
Anyone else? If I'm gonna break out my jewelry-making supplies again, I may as well make a few.
March Madness Day 2!
lol no, sorry, just that's the theme... character raging, etc.
Alright screw it, another posting month. March Madness! All characters raging, screaming, angry or anguished!
A man standing in front of a wire grid background. The image is captioned "You can always genderbend your fursona. It's always morally correct."
A middle aged adult male wolf lying on a luxurious carpets & pillows, surrounded by coins. He is wearing only a metal collar around his neck. He is lightly brushing the top of his sheath, which has a piercing & visible dick. He is licking his lips and looking lustily at the viewer.
An adult female wolf bedecked with jewelry & piercings, including a jeweled butt plug, is suspended in shibari rope style upside down from a single ring at the top. She is looking back at the viewer. The background is a pattern of stenciled & painted roses.
It's always morally correct.

Lol no, sorry! It's someone else's IP and they've both moved on to other projects, and I've got my own.
Nordguard was a comic by Blotch, not me.
Post a picture you took, no context, to bring some zen to the feed
(Excerpt from Green Fairy) "His mother said something first. “Sol, take your steak before it gets cold.” He swallowed. It would be easy here to just eat the steak, to put off becoming vegetarian until tomorrow. Only Carcy had been so helpful, and Sol had wanted to do this for weeks. Courage was easier to find when he knew his father was going to end the meal angry anyway. So he stared down at the round green peas and square orange carrots, and moved them around with his fork. “I’m—not having any.” “What do you mean?” His father laughed. “Never seen you not hungry for steak.” “I mean—I’m not having any, anymore. Ever.” The room grew cold and still. His father set down his silverware. “No steak?” “No meat.” His mother said, softly, “Are you not feeling well?” “I’m fine, I just—I’m not interested in eating it anymore.” “Not interested? Not interested?” His father leaned forward, glowering. “You’re an athlete. You need your protein. Your brother recorded the second-most tackles in Richfield High history, and you know how he did it? Eating steak. How are you going to turn double plays without steak?” Then he had to blurt it out, to deliver the other half of the bad news. The hope that his father’s rage at the combined news would be more bearable than going through this twice was fading fast. “I’m not starting anymore!" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Black-and-white illustration of three anthropomorphic wolves seated around a dinner table. Sol has just announced that he wants to become a vegetarian, creating visible tension. His father, an imposing, traditionally masculine wolf, reacts with clear disapproval as a meat-heavy meal sits between them. The scene captures a charged family moment. Art by Rukis. Story by Kyell Gold.
(Excerpt from Green Fairy) “The Confession of Jean de Giverne” (translated by Holliset Marchand, 1922) Dear père, I know that this is not what you meant when you said you wanted all of Lutèce to speak my name. From the prison window, I hear the scurrilous rumors and whispers, and it pains my heart to think that you may be hearing and believing them. They make me out to be devoid of morals, the exemplar of the bourgeoisie and their contempt for the peasants. They call for the return of the guillotine, for my head to be mounted at Les Halles as assurance to the lower classes that the government has their interests at heart, that it is not an attempt to re-create the monarchy. As if my head could bear all of those meanings! Dearest father, my story is a love story, a story that could be told between farmer and flower-girl, between landowner and minister. That it was told between a senator’s son and a common dancer is incidental to the heart of it, and to the tragic turn it took. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Black-and-white illustration of an anthropomorphic chamois wearing torn and dirty clothing sits against a stone wall in a cell while writing into a journal. Art by Rukis. Story by Kyell Gold.
(Excerpt from Green Fairy) “I just feel good.” He sniffed at his empty goblet. “Is there any more?” She laughed. “Not in one night. What do you mean, good?” “Oh.” He put the goblet down on the floor. It wobbled; he had to steady it with a paw. “Just…you know, who cares if I’m on the team or not?” “What about the car?” Car. He’d forgotten about Carcy, how grateful he was to the ram. He took out his phone to type a quick message. **Absinthe is great but not better than you**. Meg made a noise of exasperation and craned her neck to see what he was typing. When she read the words, she slumped back into her chair. “Oh God.” She moaned and turned the desk lamp back on. “It’s making you one of those kind of poets.” Carcy wrote back, **Aww. :)**, and Sol’s heart filled with love. “Maybe I always was,” he said. “Maybe now you can tell me what’s so great about him. Other than that he’s willing to sext you whenever.” ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Black-and-white illustration of two anthropomorphic characters kneeling across from one another. On the left, Sol, a black wolf, raises a goblet to toast Meg, a goth otter, who holds a matching glass. A bottle of absinthe rests on the floor between them, surrounded by candles. Art by Rukis. Story by Kyell Gold.
(Excerpt from Green Fairy) If seeing him across the seats had been intriguing, seeing him up close was enthralling. In the confined space, he swayed his hips, he cupped the air in front of my face with his paws, he bent his muzzle to come closer to mine. His tail swung around to brush my knees from one side, then the other, a darting, quicksilver serpent that had a life of its own. When he had finished, I fumbled for my purse and found it gone, along with the twenty-franc note that I had intended to spend on a new suit for the soirée at the Justines. I seized another of Thierry’s notes and moved my fingers beneath Niki’s skirt. I found the garter and traced it around to the inside of his thigh, and I left the note there, a blue and gold flag planted on that snowy field my eyes had already claimed and my heart longed to hold. Again, he showed no reaction to my daring. He held my eyes a moment longer and then looked up at Thierry. “You may go,” Thierry said. Niki bowed. “Thank you, messieurs. I hope my performance has been agreeable.” “Very much so. Eh, Jean?” I could not disengage my tongue from my mouth to answer. A nod was not sufficient to convey the depth of my longing, but it was all I could coax from my enamored body. And then Niki did a rare and wonderful thing. He smiled, and he reached out to brush my muzzle with a paw. “You are adorable,” he said. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Black-and-white illustration of two anthropomorphic figures in an intimate cabaret setting. A sharply dressed chamois reclines in a chair, watching a fox perform before him. The fox wears a fitted dress with delicate lingerie and a structured bodice, poised mid-dance with confident, teasing posture. His tail drapes across the chamois’s lap, heightening the tension. I've seen the art @rukis.bsky.social created for @kyellgold.com's upcoming Azure City novel and …
O.O
Like, seriously. The cover. The interior artwork. The one expanded art deco piece! I wish I could unsee it so as to see it again for the first time.
You’re all in for a treat.

No problem! Hope you can figure out a way around this issue. Stamps.com has an annoying tendency to bug, but it saves me a ton of money.
I feel you. Have you considered using stamps.com or shipstation or something? You can usually get better rates than at the PO. I ship my small coins and stickers, and even cross-country, I'm usually able to keep it under $4. As long as you can print the label yourself, it's usually cheaper.
Try shipping them in a standard greeting card envelope, should be able to use a normal stamp. No tracking, but if it was my order I wouldn't mind. Patches, I'd still use a flat mailer instead of puffy mailer, that might help?
My writing process can be broken down into:
20% Actually Writing, maybe.
30% Staring blankly at the screen, possibly thinking about what to write, possibly zoning out imagining dinner.
50% Dilly-Dallying
If this ain't right, I don't wanna be wrong.

I've used your photos for reference many, many times, and would certainly consider opening up for such a valuable project for artists. Email's best - rukisart@gmail.com
every medievally inspired artist must eventually make a pastiche of their favourite piece of medieval art
not very hard to guess which one's mine 🩸🦄🌷
Kitjári and Nalaníri hold lovingly to one another in a snowy landscape. The bear and boar are wearing parkas and are sitting on a leafless tree, with sunset-tinted mountains in the distance. Nalaníri is smiling, tucking her head under the bear's chin, and she is holding an enamel mug of steaming tea. Kitjári glances happily into the distance, an arm wrapped around the boar. On a branch of the tree, two pink salt carvings rest, of a feral boar and bear, watching over the two lovers.

Today is the 1 year anniversary of Relinquished Realms! So I'm sharing this illustration of these two badass women (Kitjári and Nalaníri) that I did for the book.

The comic storyline is continuing in Red Lantern - Windrose, a trilogy of novels that will finalize the story on the Shanivaar island. As for the comic itself, I peck away at it when I can, but it's incredibly time-intensive.
