Pretty sure Woebot is still free. It helped me through a tough time when it first came out in 2017 and I'm sure it's better now. It's a phone app. Download it and see how it goes.
Try the WOEBOT app instead. It was developed by a US university as an attempt to use a chatbot that could help you navigate mental health and it's a really good support system that will not convince you to go on a murdering rampage, like what happened in my province last month.
