I agree with all of your sentiments. As someone who also publicly writes about astrology am very aware of the conundrum of paywalling vs open source writing. I have a very weak 8th house natally so really struggled with this as I want credit. But, I realized nothing I create is truly my own.

I hear the environmental concern. Truly. But the real concern is who participates in steering how it’s integrated.

Responsible + integrity driven individuals avoiding it is just widening the gap between greedy corporations that are using it & the good people who need to be scaling themselves for the benefit of our future. I appreciate the sentiment but I kindly encourage you to reconsider.

Reducing one’s carbon footprint is much more complex than avoiding AI for personal use.

Anti-AI outrage is really getting old. If you believe you have integrity and responsibility, then learn the tool. At this stage, participation = responsibility.
