What a surprise.
And canis interruptus?
I will miss Kristi Noem's inimitable constitutional insights, as when, asked by Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H. at a Senate hearing to define "habeas corpus," she replied, "Habeas corpus is a constitutional right that the president has to be able to remove people from this country."
We donβt agree and thatβs okay.
One thing thatβs always been wild to me is there inability to recognize who the bad guy is. Jessup, Patrick Bateman, Jordan Belfort. These guys consistently idolize the obvious villain.
βIt may be bullshit, but itβs OUR bullshit.β
Itβs not criticizing them for doing it. Itβs mocking how the reality of their behavior doesnβt match their bravado.
Do they constantly posture and bluster as belligerent tough guys?
Leaking these out bit by bit over time sure seems like a swell strategy
BREAKING:
The Justice Department just posted online three FBI interviews that had been missing from the massive trove of Epstein files initially released.
They're related to unsubstantiated sexual assault allegations against Donald Trump.

ICE has arrested and detained a Nashville journalist who reported stories critical of ICE. Sheβs married to a U.S. citizen and has been seeking asylum here after fleeing death threats in Colombia because of her journalism there.
Theyβve already sent her to Louisiana.
Jan. 6 rioter pardoned by Trump in Jan. 6 case gets life sentence for child sex crimes
Assuming that weβre not DELIBERATELY bombing girlsβ schools, has anyone articulated about how being not-PC has actually served us strategically or tactically? Like anything articulable or measurable? Or is it just βblow shit up, but with a douchey expressionβ?
Fetterman is basically a reactionary now: there is no real effort to explain why Mullin - a buffoon who spent the week insisting we are not at war with Iran - is qualified. Trump nominated Mullin, and thatβs good enough for him.
Whomp whomp
The US govt mixing video of real violence in a war it started with a video game scene feels like crossing a(nother) line.
Iβm not sure what to say. I donβt think war is a game. And even when I think military action is necessary, there are real human beings on the other end, not pixels that respawn.
noem's dog looking down from heaven
Waitaminute. That service that all the white nationalists send me threats from? That fuckin Proton? Wasnβt the whole reason for using it supposed to be it protected you?
You arenβt here for the hunting, are you
Your honor, lmao
Tom Nichols, Joy Enforcer
Noem did the one unforgivable thing: She embarrassed him and made him look bad. She's been on the bubble ever since Bovino got tossed.
What happened in MN was a tragedy and obscene. But now - you're seeing consequences. That's good. Take the W.
This judge spent time on Bluesky and did not enjoy it
Moskowitz: "Let me congratulate the former Homeland Security Secretary on her appointment to be the Shield of Americas, which I'm pretty sure the president came up with when he watched the last Avengers movie"
I accidentally deleted the old one and couldnβt find it
Markwayne Mullin is a very stupid manβs man.
What higher praise for @seanmcarroll.bsky.social than to be on this list?
