I'll be fine, again it's not really supposed to be about me and my problems as an excuse, the treatment was poor and caused by things that shouldn't have been in their lives, my focus is just trying to prevent similar situations and not take up commissions until i feel i can handle them normally
additional: i would approach them with an update and be met with a "take your time" etc, my brain would take that as something they didn't mean and use it as an excused escapism & a relief of stress, and then the commission would be put off for another x amount of time - extremely unfair to them /:
while you might have not even seen or heard anything about this thanks to the understanding of those who have been contacted afterwards, I still want to air out an explanation and take what responsibility I can as I also continue to handle their personal resolution requests
