internalized ableism is the worst. i definitely don't feel this way about other disabled people but when it comes to myself i'm so harsh and unfair and i feel like everythings just in my head. not helped by the fact that i was raised by dissmissive and medically neglectful people

i rarely ever get good medical news these days as you guys know, so i'm really happy that i have this going on for me

as a chronically ill person, i feel like hrt is the one medical thing i actually have control over in my life, so its been very freeing for me in that regard

i also have good news about my recent labs from my hrt appointment last week. my T levels are up! very exciting!

i do have to stay at the 0.30ml dose for now, but the doctor told me i'm doing great/everything in this department is normal and going as expected 🥳

yup! i was actually just about to boot it back up so i can do that :3
