Exactly! Helps for me to keep things organized and occasionally they are longer term features that I come back to over time so it’s helpful to jump back in with some context (I get distracted easily 😅)
Makes it easier to be more task based I feel, and also the history is super nice to be able to easily find out when/how I implemented a change. Ofc not full blown descriptive PRs

Previously we’ve done in app messages, leading to surveys (for some basic demographics) then invited a bunch to do online interviews, it was super insightful but as you said.. huge effort to make it happen, and didn’t feel like we learned anything totally new..
Really interesting with adding to slack! Are you building something b2c? I guess for me that can be the hardest for actually talking to users, since volume can be higher, but their interest in talking much lower 😅

Define a cutoff point (preferably before even starting to build I guess) for the MVP! Once your minimum features work relatively bug free, much better to be getting feedback from actual customers
