My overall pick for best movie this decade so far is easily Nope, I've not been as excited by and for as long after a film in a very long time.

2020 - Dick Johnson is Dead
2021 - The Father
2022 - Nope
2023 - Skinamarink
2024 - Hundreds of Beavers
2025 - Weapons

Feel like I don't really break the mold with any of these choices, and I'd probably replace The Father on a re-watch

I sent a message like this to George Lucas every day he stopped adding new content to A New Hope back in the 70s and you know what? It worked!

It's annoying when ads remove the nuance from hobbies like this, because sure match 500 of CoD or CS probably won't stick in someone's mind, but that's not every player or every game...

I can vividly remember exactly where I was sat when I beat Pokémon Red as a kid, exactly where I was when fighting Maleficent in KH1 and thinking "this is probably my favourite game of all time" and being interrupted by having to go to my dad's. I remember these moments, and many others, so clearly.
