Angie Craig saying that she regrets the vote that tons of Minnesotans told her not to make at the time and saying it now only after everyone has suffered for two months of a federal occupation that has killed two Minnesotans and destroyed thousands of neighbors lives. Fuck off.

In this moment, we need leaders who will stand up to our wannabe, Donald Trump, not vote alongside him.

No one knows that better than @indivisible.org and the @mnindivisible.bsky.social. That's why I'm so proud to have earned their endorsement.

I was at a campaign event yesterday & a politician friend made this very important point to me: we can talk about all the different MN elections in Nov, but none of them is as close and crucial to fighting fascism than reelecting Keith Ellison

Police in Bloomington, MN just announced that one of the guys they arrested in an underage sex trafficking sting was a **background checker for ICE agents.**

He had a high security clearance in the Trump administration... and he was caught trying to abuse children. Sickening.

Participation is WAY tf up.

Angie Craig is cooked in this city for that Pro ICE vote.

Klob got half the votes in a straw poll where she was the only candidate.

People HATE ICE. I had to ask a neighbor to quit asking every candidate mid speech to arrest ICE.

What the rest of the country needs to know is those days don’t exist in Minnesota right now. Every single day we hear about them terrorizing one of our neighbors, tear gassing the helpers, and driving around our city like maniacs

No peace until 1) the "detention centers" are closed & every captive has been returned home safely, and 2) every single person from a cook to the Cow Man has been put on trial for assault, kidnapping, and crimes against humanity. ICE out of MN is the starting line. Obliterated forever is the goal

Reminder:
- Nothing being reported on ICE withdrawing
- By govt’s own admission, 2,000 ICE invaders here, a still-astounding number
- Unclear how many CPB agents will be removed
- Tom Homan, the new Bovino, was the force behind ICE’s family separation policy, a bribe-taker, and a monster

Protests happen, but most of what is happening in Minneapolis isn’t protesting.

More accurate terms:
- observers
- witnesses
- volunteers
- neighbors
- residents
- people

Gutowski tweets: β€œIt's still early in the aftermath, and more video or audio might come to light that changes the analysis. The videos we do have look very bad, though, and appear to contradict DHS claims. Minneapolis police have also already said the man who was shot had a ccw permit.”

We are observers, not protestors. We show up to document and film the atrocities ICE is committing. Using 5 year olds as bait. Kidnapping senior citizens. Breaking down doors without warrants. Murdering poets and nurses. Media has all of that information because *observers* were there to document it

The ICE OUT protest term is a pun here in Minnesota. In normal life, "ice-out" is the much anticipated date in the spring when winter ice is gone from lakes, marking the shift from winter to summer recreation and fishing.
