This is how I access Bluesky.
(don't do that)
Are you sure? You should repeat the experiment, you know, for science!
Hey, do you like buying erotic art and are sick of Visa and MasterCard stopping you from buying it? Well the Federal Reserve is looking into that. Now it is time for the public comment period. Now is the time to, respectfully, tell them how you feel.
Yep. I have a $2k radiology bill that says "Doctor has not justified the exam" - My doc: "We've tried dozens of times to apply the justification message but the system rejects it"
Me, conferencing both in: "OH NO, WE CANNOT BE ON THE SAME CALL. <CLICK>"
You might be seeing that post about FreeTaxUSA going around and I can vouch for the fact that it works basically exactly like TurboTax but at a tiny fraction of the cost even for the fancier versions and audit defense and all that shit. Will definitely use it again this year.
Perhaps go in and ask to speak to an advisor and develop a custom degree path
I did that myself and graduated in 3 years instead of 4 with a BSCS; a heavy load but I really didn't want to pursue any advanced degrees and they gave me credits for some stuff I'd taken at a community college previously
As a family we'd planned a cross-country RV trip, flying in to LA and driving to Disney World in Orlando. We spent the first 72 hours just getting out of LA, 2 gallons at a time until dad bribed an attendant with $20 to fill it up. At least we had a restroom and meals while we waited in lines!
LOL oops! My bad
I am known as Enteracept the Grey
WARNING: ABOUT AS GROSS AS IT GETS.

I was in my late 20s as a programmer in 1986, being assigned in to various project but with no intention; it was just work
I found a neat video digitizer project & built it from a kit. Management noticed it. A group, then a division formed around video & computers
That was my specialty thru 1998
I hope all you who have to suffer through the time change have since recovered! I know I'm still feeling it, but we're still here and continuing our Shining Force run. Come hang, I won't judge if you're still exhausted! ;)

Would carnivores need a drool mask in addition to a hair net to work in food services?
Weβve added some cool β¨newβ¨ color variants of our standing 2.5 Meter inflatable hyena!

So glad we got the Bolt EV.
Where we live, each 1-cent increase in gasoline prices raises the cost-equivalent MPG by about 0.23 MPG. I'm sure the gas price increase eventually will raise electric rates somehow tho.
Duke Hyena started as Duke Foley in Second Life - was a border collie there then a husky then striped hyena. That stuck. Initially was Axel Foley but the admins ripped that away and I ended up with Duke (was early in the list, lazy me). Mostly just a name.
Squished Pyr face on my tummy.
Someone is feeling needy.
I have several of the latter type, mostly flip clocks, some digital.
But until thenβ¦ guess Iβll keep padding from clock to clock, ears low, tail flicking, doing the same old change like a creature of habit. Such is the way of things, I suppose.
Honestly, Iβd rather we just make it year-round like they did back in the early 1940s and be done with it. Then I could finally unpack the rest of my little clock hoard, let them all tick together, and stop bracing myself for the twice-a-year time-shift ritual.
Fifty-four DST changes down andβ¦ yeah. At this point itβs just the annual ritual of trudging around the den, nudging all the clocks that donβt speak NTP. The ones that do adjust themselves just sit there smugly while the rest of the pack waits for the big paw to move them along.
The ground here is just thawing but it doesn't stop them
Cool, and great test. Which desk did you get?
"at least upside down we're flyin" >.<
And that reminded me of the Alaska Airlines MD-80 that went down in the Pacific after a badly maintained elevator screw failed. I was waiting for that airplane at SFO after FC that year. They gave us a new aircraft at the gate. Whispers in the line had the details but yeah.
Anyone up for a stroll down memory lane... ?
(just lucky to be a workin' stiff)

I grew up in Traverse City. A tornado was something that happened once in a lifetime there. I remember when a single thunderclap in January was the end-of-times.
Not to say we didn't have bad weather; we had some bonkers thunderstorms from time-to-time but usually they passed through quickly
