Cyprus: Funding infrastructure upgrades and training. Nothing about a US base. Any facilities built will be under Cypriot control.

US doesn’t have a base in Cyprus, UK does. Nor does US have one in Azerbaijan.

I’ve read that there’s a ? over the drone attacks on Turkey, Cyprus & Azerbaijan. Some are saying it’s Israel because Iran has no reason to attack those Countries. Israel is well versed in false flag events, so it’s believable.
