Oh yes,of course. The rich and powerful want to be more rich and powerful and we peons out here wonder why the politicians who we elect don't want to be on our side, but do however want the rich and powerful people's money. It seems our politicians that can't be bought are getting to be quite rare!

Update: In 3 recent editorials, WaPo failed to disclose owner Jeff Bezos's interest in the matter under discussion.
