realizing now that saying "any" SDF might have been a bit hasty, but it does have a fairly obvious generalization to include polyhedra

(this is my implementation of Minkowski Rounded Box Collision to collide two rounded AABBs. if set up correctly, it would work between any SDF and a rounded box. and capsules are a kind of rounded box)
