A screenshot of The Necrobinder (a floating undead skeleton with a huge scythe) and 'Osty' a giant skeleton hand. Two playable characters from Slay the Spire 2.
I just think they're neat.

I've gotten so used to living here, I keep forgetting about Max. Swedes are crazy for hamburgers, you can't move for hamburger chains or artisanal boutique hamburger places.
Ah nice, welcome to Sweden!

This is what gaming is all about
The trailer for Mando+ looks actually good fun. I'm tired of Grogu's shit and the marketing campaign so far has seemed like more of that.
Trailer looks solid though, so despite the branding, I'm down for the adventure.
Think I'll try that Castlevania and Crimson Moon as well with a pal. I like a Co-op slash-em-up, and if it plays even remotely like a soul's-like combat-wise, that'll be nice to do co-op.
Galactic Racer and Bond are already locked in. Don't know if I care enough about John Wick for that game.
I don't have a PlayStation 5 and probably wont get one anytime soon, but I stil enjoy seeing what they are coming out with as that stuff trickles out to Steam eventually now, which is great. I don't need timed exclusives for the shit I'm into anymore.
Anyway, Looking forward to Death Stranding 2
This is actually quite brilliant, up to and including the final sentence ๐ฅ
Kind of gives away the whole game that all the crypto ads this year have been replaced with gambling and AI ads.
Now you eventually do plan to have football in this football game, right?
Some context from that Lays ad.
People are very stupid and donโt realize that potato chips are literally made out of potatoes.
Thatโs why they were parading around a potato in that ad like itโs the fucking Rosetta Stone.
which of our beloved entertainers will capital humiliate tonight by revealing their price tag
Every second ad on the superbowl is some AI shit. Like a few years ago when Larry David was doing Blockchain. It can all get in the bin.
Best of luck with your next adventure, it's tough out there.
This week's Starfleet Academy hit all the right spots for me. Love to swim in DS9's waters if only in retrospect. Also loving the different episode focus on each student, feels like it could build to a very special show.
The rise of Streaming/Prestige TV has meant shows are getting a full series order without knowing if anyone even gives a shit. Then Netflix will cancel it on day 2 because oh dear...
Feels like we need to return to Pilot Episodes
The first episode of 'Knight of the Seven Kingdoms' gives me hope of some thing different to the franchise that gave us: 'endless war for control of the iron throne' and it's spinoff: 'endless war for control of the iron throne'.
As a fan of 'Solo' it really vibed with me, Crimson Dawn, the Pikes, playing Sabacc. I feel like it nailed the experience it was going for.
Just finished my playthrough of TR-49 and really loved it. Such an intriguing and novel way to represent a narrative adventure game. Full of non-linear, puzzle piece detection that I love from games like Her Story, and Immortality, blended with a reality-bending machine of Alex Garland's Devs.
It's one of my favourite Star Wars games, of this and the LucasArts era. Really takes me back to riding around Tatooine in SWG all those years ago. Loved just 'being in a Star War sandbox', and will go back to playing Outlaws at the drop of a hat.
Help us make hope normal again.

Congratulations ModdedController360 for his Oscar nomation.
He-Man looks dope!
Really loving Jeff Russo's Starfleet Academy soundtrack. The key themes and instrument focus make it feel so much like the sweeping strings of Kirk-era movies. Really fantastic work, and I've been hit-and-miss on Russo's soundtracking in the past. This is right up there, though.
oh jeez :(
Me, after spending the last six months listening to Frank Herbert and Tom Clancy's back catalogue on audiobook.
"Ahh, Jurassic Park, it's practically a novella"
Manโฆthis game still feels fresh. 5K, ultra wide, 60 fps, HDR injected MotorStorm. Just amazing to play even today. 20 years old now!
I came in skeptical but after two episodes I'm surprised by how much I'm enjoying Starfleet Academy. A good mix of teen drama and competency porn. The ensemble of students is great, with a clear mix of skill but also doubt and character flaws. It feels, to me, closest to DS9, and I'm here for it.
