God, I wouldn't be able to do 4 months indoor!
But isn't that an amazing feeling, when it somehow clicks? Even if only for one run?
Lieben wir. V.a. wenn man es erst unter der Dusche merkt - autsch.
I feel you. I'm dealing with a tight quad (of unknown cause) for a few weeks now. It sucks, as you say.
Sorry, Coros-Land hier. Viel Spass trotzdem ;-)
I am very sorry for your loss. When my mom passed 6 years ago people gave me a side-eye for going out on a run on the very same evening. But it helped me process a lot of feelings. Hang in there.
How was the first ride? I should (will be) spend(ing) more time crosstraining as well, right now I either see to ride outside weather permitting or do it on the three office days in the company gym. But having a indoor trainer available at all times would be really slick.
Congrats and welcome to the club!
Ohhhh, that is a dope picture!
Oh, process goals >> outcome goals. I love that!

Good luck, and keep us posted!
You hit that out of the park, I guess. So, onto the 5:30? I haven't run a mile timetrial in almost then years. I *do* have a race entry in September for a legit road mile coming up.
Nice! Any goals other than "having fun"?
Welcome back. Take it easy though!
Ohhhh, good find, not a regular Runners World reader here, so I appreciate the share!
What time do you have in mind?
Only if it was PR. Sorry, them's the rules ๐คทโโ๏ธ

Right? As in, not at all.
Yes, and you would think this "can't happen", but it does surprisingly often. And I can sort of accept that for a local, community organized race, but not for an USATF sanctioned championship.
That's some crazy shit.
Geez, that's a solid effort. Congrats on the M40 win!
There were some massive performances in Tokyo.

February, the lowest volume month in a while. Reasons? See last post. Well done, Anna!

Ugh, good call. Stay safe!
Ah, the joy of fresh quicks. Have fun!
Oh wow. That's something else!
