I got lugia after 6016 soft resets!! And celebi by editing the starters (Mew, Jirachi, Celebi) after 4307 encounters but i was using emulators and speedup cus lazy!!

This meowth and raticate were phase 4 and 5 for 1%5 snubbull!!! Raticate P4 after 840 encounters and meowth P5 after 1416 encounters
