I feel like these "give an LLM a task it's clearly unsuited for haha AI bad let's go viral" things are so...mean-spirited. It's like telling me, "hey, draw cat using tiny red, green, and blue dots. and make it move!! also you have to be nice to me."

Microsoft did a quantitative analysis of successful eng managers in the 2010s and the #1 factor contributing to team success was "Manager's Availability", not "Strategy" or "Technical Depth" or even "Empathy". Just being available for people was the #1 most important thing.
