I don't actually know much about software dev outside of web stuff... Dropbox is it really necessary to camp out w/ 8 processes, 1 per core, when you're not actually doing anything? Seems a bit excessive.

I also hate that Chrome does 1 process per tab IIRC but that at least makes more logical sense
