Some issues:

- Fat PS3 has functional issues. Weird, inexplicable XMB lag. Overheats.
- Fat 360 and base Xbox One do not read discs.
- PSP needs reshelled.
- Xbox 1.6 needs repaired (power supply replacement, on-hand but just haven't fixed yet).

Everything else working in fair or better condition.

I didn't have a sixth gen console back then, so I played with friends using either their consoles, or in places with communal consoles. Still got pretty good after a while because I had played a lot of Smash 64 previously and a lot of that carried over. At the time I had N64, PS1, and GBA/DS Lite.

Oh yeaaaah, I've got hundreds of hours into 4-player melee between middle school and high school.

Speaking of games with friends, I miss Gauntlet Dark Legacy with friends 👀
Fun games with 4-player couch co-op are too rare.

Watched the Scary Movie 6 trailer and, yeah. Oof. I am laughing, but not because of the jokes in the trailer. Lots of "lol gay, haha ew, funny" and opens with a non-binary pronouns joke where the butt of the joke is the absurdity of someone caring about being misgendered. Shocking. Utterly shocking.

Oh yeah, that's really cool and would simplify my setup a lot. I have to use a video adapter/converter, the AVerMedia ET113 (YPbPr 》 HDMI), for my component video sources in my chain before my capture card since all of mine are HDMI-only.

I can see why losing that sort of functionality being sucky.
