so, I haven't checked bluesky in a WHILE, and I just looked at my @wiki-potd.bsky.social account, which has 5k followers all of a sudden! That's wayyyy more popular than the Twitter one ever was.

I mean overall the whole thing is like Mastodon... but it adds back "the algorithm"... and visible likes... and implicit content promotion... which, maybe they're black boxes... or whatever... but I like it! they find people and things and content that I'm interested in and funnel it to me
