dioxus with static signals in particular is very powerful, just abstract pieces of state across your codebase and use everywhere reactively
leptos is a bit more backend oriented and has islands mode where it emits wasm per region of interactivity, so it can be lightweight. it also works without wasm (partially)! forms and links work, effects don't. and yeah, not mature nor stable but you can add missing pieces on top of it
