Depends if you building for free or if you build enterprise applications that drive financial markets, healthcare, automotive, …. That is where GitLab shines
The Windows code base is “shared” on GitHub. Most of their internal work is still done using a fork of Git that they created as part of the Azure DevOps project they created out of VSS/TFS. Git is not great at large object storage. No Binaries, No Folders, No Files. SCC is ripe for innovation.
What beach is that?
