It's a never ending battle.
It's a never ending battle.
The thing about having twins is one will always be chill, and one will always be too much.
Tonight's school thing was proof enough of that.
Aged like fine wine, I suppose.
Yeah, they're sorta marketing machines. It's interesting.
Fairly deep question here.
What's the point of the Rizzler in AEW if there's no longer a Hey EW hosted by @rjcity.bsky.social?
Companies like this could so easily do things that help themselves out, give people jobs, and take care of those employees.
Instead, they choose whatever nonsense.
Target rolling back the whole initiative of carrying and featuring black-owned brands was just cowardice shit.
The dad of one of my kids' friends worked at the Target nearby and they had a fucking ridiculous $2m/yr budget for armed security guards.
The amount of losses they had due to shrinkage? $1m.
All at a time where it was proven hiring more staff to be around helped more than armed goons.
I swear, you look through my family's Target account and our last purchase from Target was Jan. 18th 2024.
It's almost like they made a conscious decision to appeal to Trump and co. and then keep saying "we just don't get why things got worse for us."
"How about we hit up the nursing home and meet the next round of exciting young candidates in your area?"
Love the new story by @slharris.bsky.social up on @diabolicalplots.com.

For real.
The "butt in seat and pound out words" crowd is exhausting.
Writing is a lot of things, and it's more than just drafting.
"Write every day."
No. Being a writer is about a lot more than a word count. When I am working on a rough draft novel, yes, I'll push to a goal, but most days are occupied by heavy research, reading, revisions, or searching for small markets.

What's worse than an FTR segment?
An FTR segment with Ciampa.
Just gonna say, I'm always gonna support my people, even when shit isn't working out for me. You know why? Because everyone deserves encouragement.
"his harvest"
This is a fascinating, unguarded conversation between a young Miyamoto and Itoi, just poised on the edge of the future in 1989 and excited about what was to come.
Remember when I was in art school and a dude I worked with had signed up for the national guard. After 9/11 it hit him what he was doing and he tried to get out, claiming he's an art student and it goes against his beliefs, he's a conscientious objector etc.
Yeah, he had to finish his obligation.
black and white picture of various people, presumably occultists, their faces covered by black squares, consulting a line of malevolent spirits or entities converged on a railway bridge (?) under cover of night
Clandestine meeting
Those are Halloween costume pants.
Remember losing my top front tooth playing tee ball in kindergarten because I wasn't paying attention and the ball flew up and hit me in the mouth.
Had like five overly enthusiastic dads huddled around telling me to put my glove in front of my face next time like it was magic.
New Patreon Short Story: The Wretched of the Wastes.
A cyberpunk dystopian city pressed up against the desert spurs dissent from someone trying to capture the glory of an ancestor, only to learn revolution isn't a single act of one, but a movement of the many.

Andrade this run compared to his last AEW run is so night and day.
He's firing on all cylinders, happy to be there, and his work is showing where he's at.
Respectfully to everyone else, Andrade should be the top heel in the company right now. He's that good.
Nevermind⦠it was downstairs
Yes, I named my vacuum serpentico.. because it also SUCKS!!
