After releasing the demo it became clear that I need some sort of automation system to make all the different builds. I've made a python script that runs my build system with target-specific parameters and then collects the needed binaries and assets based on a target-specific list.

The bubble pairs will annihilate as long as they are perfect opposites. If there is some asymmetry, you might need to find a way to get rid of it first.

Whoops, there was a very bad bug on 4K screens where you would not see the level select screen and could not start the game! That's bad!! So I fixed it!.. I think? I don't have a 4K screen!

I bought an old second-hand Sony RX100 Mk2 (they have a bunch of models in that line with a varying list of features) and I've been rather happy with it. Had to buy a new battery for it though because the one I bought it with bulged up after some time

I've listened to Blood Cultures since the first Devolver's trailer for Skate Story dropped, I love them! Happy Birthday is an amazing album, and hearing the songs in the game only made them more awesome.
There is a slight Brownian motion on the bubbles, implemented by adding a random force to each bubble every frame.

For Type Raider's animation we recorded @gigomakes.bsky.social doing all the moves outside, and then he spent a few hours rotoscoping all these frames. It's a long process, but the result was worth it!
