I created a WhatsApp Channel a few weeks ago to share updates and information related to the D365 Marketing Weekly newsletter I have.

Although you can fill out the form as many times as you like, you will only go through each journey once per day max.
So, start thinking about various pages someone might visit, and if that should send them down a specific journey. One to consider for 2025!

4️⃣ After landing on the new page, and clicking on a link, this sends you down another journey using the new trigger for Marketing Website Visited for a specific URL
5️⃣ If you follow steps 3 and 4, you will be sent another email to confirm it's all worked as planned!
2️⃣ A journey triggers when the form is submitted, sending you an email
3️⃣ Clicking on the button in the email takes you back to my site, adding a cookie to your browser

The juggling act of caring for your spouse with a fever and cold and staying the f away from them so you don't get it is kind of pointless. The inevitable is right there and I can sense it about to take me down too. 😷 😕🤒

This is such a cool 3rd party tool from Nifty Images. You can use it to create countdown timers (among other things) to display in your marketing emails in Customer Insights - Journeys. Not free, but not too costly either. Would you use it?

I LOVE this from @jukkan.bsky.social with a nice facelift from Wouter Kessener. This is a MUCH better user experience when trying to review the roadmap and release items for the Power Platform and D365 products. From now on I will be using this:
