There is apparently a temporary fix for this if you use the Inspection tool > find event listener tab > expand it > click the trash can button

I have no idea if this genuinely works, but is a possibility to stop this bullshit from harming more streamers and stop from punishing more lurkers.

Made sure my PC was okay cuz there was a lot of flickering with the power before I unplugged it for safety and it’s fine too! (Was half tempted to play WoW till work)
