Povorka ponosa LGBTIQ zajednice održat će se u Zagrebu 6. lipnja 2026., i to po 25. put.
Konstituiran je Organizacijski odbor XXV. Povorke ponosa koji je već započeo s radom te priprema ovogodišnji program Mjeseca ponosa i Povorke ponosa.
Antirodni pokreti godinama pokušavaju utjecati na UN nametanjem antiženskih politika, pozivajući se na “tradiciju,” “obitelj” ne bi li uspostavili potpunu kontrolu nad tijelima žena svugdje u svijetu.
Skrećemo pozornost predsjedniku Vlade Republike Hrvatske, da je Povorka ponosa LGBTIQ zajednice Zagreb Pridea prepoznata od javnosti i institucija kao najdugovječniji i najveći prosvjed za ljudska prava u našoj zemlji.
Večeras, 15. listopada 2025. od 19h, u Frakturinoj knjižari u Mislavovoj u Zagrebu naš Franko Dota predstavlja svoju Povijest homoseksualnosti u socijalističkoj Jugoslaviji.
Predstavnici Zagreb Pridea, Franko Dota i Ivan Adam Šestan, imenovani u Radnu skupine za izradu Nacrta Akcijskog plana zaštite i promicanja ljudskih prava 2026. - 2027. i Nacrta Akcijskog plana suzbijanja diskriminacije 2026. - 2027.
🏳️🌈 Na Međunarodni dan izlaska iz ormara, odajemo počast svakom činu hrabrosti, otpora i slobode. U svijetu, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj, mržnja postaje sve glasnija, a sve više političara okreće leđa jednakosti, što izlazak iz ormara još uvijek definira kao duboko politički čin.
U listopadu kreće novi ciklus obrazovnog programa za mlade koji_e zanima LGBTIQ aktivizam i koji_e se žele uključiti u LGBTIQ pokret.

Day 15 of my Croatia home-trip and I’ve gone full Balkan seaside Karen. Spotted some Gen Z Decathlon-Subea-water-shoes tourists hogging beach space and lost it when they harassed a cormorant vibing on a rock, minding its own business. Yelled at them in Serbo-Croatian for maximum discomfort.

A Zagreb restaurant was hit with 120+ 1-star reviews after a waitress asked Israeli guests if they lived near Gaza. It was the kind of empathetic question Croatians were often asked during their civil war & safety near conflict zones. The guests walked out. Then came the reviews. Genocider fatigue.

That reminds me... In 1991, when the armed conflict started, Croatian warmonger media were calling the Peace Caravan activists "Serb provocateurs" for wearing supposed Serb symbols. One of them was literally just wearing an Iron Maiden T-shirt.
Croatian writer Slobodan Šnajder called the crowd’s misogynist & lynching chants (can be heard in this video) a textbook eruption of the Croatian unconscious: a fascist libido. Nationalism here stages itself through militaristic ritual, ethno-national purity, and pleasure in imagined violence.
Croatia’s Constitution protects expression & peaceful protest (Arts. 38,42) but only for those who stay within the war-glorifying discourse. Even judges question the motives of protesters seen as a threat. In Croatia, militarism defines identity more than the values the 90s war claimed to defend.
4 peaceful protesters were violently arrested at Croatia’s DDR-style military parade for lying down in red-stained shirts. The patriotic crowd screamed rape & death threats. Now they face trial, not those who called for their lynching. Antimilitarism is heresy. Warmongering, a virtue. The EU values.
I hope @folsomstreet.bsky.social does more in advance of their events to promote the vendors who sell there. It’s currently very difficult to break even on the cost of a booth at either Dore or Folsom & I feel like if the event organizers helped primed attendees to support local that would help. 🙏
