maybe I'll send my resume to Bluesky. I've never been a CEO. How hard can it be?
First time in my life Iβm the same age as the Ayatollah
I hope so because I was an extra in an oscar winning movie and I've been running around calling myself an Oscar winning actor for years now.
another review complained that a drunk woman hit on her husband so maybe it hasn't changed that much.
My old favourite sketchy pub in Glasgow changed names awhile back. Reading google reviews and a lot of the poor reviews were from people who'd been cut off sooner than they wanted. Times have sure changed at the old Lorne.
longest walk I ever made was from Prosperous, Kildare to the edge of Dublin. It took me about 10 hrs and I thought I might die. It was only a little less than 20 miles. I don't think The Proclaimers thought this one through.

There are views around this city that you just presume will always be there.
#Glasgow
The BBC report, a Gambian passer buy is the man folks were talking about who tried to put out the Glasgow Central fire, raising the alarm and getting stuck in with a hand held fire extinguisher. A very "Glasgow" response, I can see he will fit right in.
Last week I was venting to a coworker about that word. He found a reddit thread asking for the best angular sounding guitar bands. There were tons of suggestions and the very last response was "what the fuck does angular mean?"
I guess it depends on who you're writing for, if your audience doesn't have a grasp of music theory or an inclination to learn, all your knowledge is sorta wasted. Side note, I wanna find and throttle the first person who used the term "angular" when it comes to guitars.
I've had a front row seat in this in a mall for the last 9 years. It's incredible at how very predictable this is and I can't for the life of me figure out why. So far all I've come up with is that people constantly and predictably make very bad decisions.
I'll never actually understand economics, I only have a bachelors in it. The only way I managed to get through most exams was by giving answers that were the exact opposite of what I believed to be probably correct. I see echoes of this today. Whenever there's bad economic news the mall gets busier.
In which Joe Strummer uses both pronunciations of Z
Iβve had Jimmy Jazz stuck in my head for about 3 months.
I used to live right by there. I had nothing to do with the fire.
Itβs very funny to see Albertans asking why we are paying more for gas and whining that we donβt have any protections in place nationally. Like the NEP never happened and never got scrapped because of Albertans.
This province is getting stupider by the month.
Also damn. The Blue Lagoonβ¦
Itβs very of our time that historic buildings are burning down due to a vape shop.
Iβve never been able to keep straight where Renfield ends and Union begins.
Oof that was a cool old building that went down in Glasgow. Used to walk by there near daily.
QR codes are silly and I didnβt expect them to stick around so long
So getting old is basically just a stream of doctor appointments and specialists.
Iβve seen a lot of bands there. Some kinda dodgy ones as well.
Iβm starting to think Alberta might be weird.
Oh fuck that is expensive. I found a web price converter.
Edmonton usually has the cheapest gas in the country
Oof. Itβs been creeping up here slowly
