if you reach 999 hours in a game, it shouldn’t let you play any more
they shouldn’t have mirrors in cars. it’s hard enough driving without being distracted by parallel universes

pokemon gen 10 leak
1) new pokemon based on a paper crane - Origamimic (has a much more clever name in japanese)
2) you fight a trainer who breaks the “only 6 pokemon” rule and has 1000 of them
for my first wish: i wish i had more money than cells in my body
it’s so easy to come up with slogans, idk how people get paid so much for that. “Every day is a special day, when you’re eating ice cream cone” 1 billion dollars please
(setting myself up to be the most disappointed pokemon fan) i really hope they finally distribute the azure flute tomorrow
-there’s a new type of battle called Underground Battles and only burrowing pokemon can compete in them
-instead of Gym Leaders, each town has a Pokemon Sheriff, who you have to beat in a Showdown
-Showdowns are like regular pokemon battles but you have to time your inputs like a duel
-box legendaries are based on Paul Bunyan and Babe, the Blue Ox
-the evil team is Team Alamo and their plan is to re-establish slavery
pokemon gen 10 predictions:
-new region based on texas
-regional variant of arceus where he’s a more realistic horse
-battle gimmick: you ride your pokemon and encourage them to fight with a new key item called Obedience Spurs
i just need a 1920s businessman gf who likes my moxie and takes me under his wing
anime girls don’t exist in the real world. they were poached to extinction so people could make those mousepads with 3D boobs built in
miomancer.itch.io/impossible-s... oh yeah i made a game where the water level is tied to the ISS Piss Level in real time, you can play it for free in your browser
Pixel art of Cardcaptor Sakura

idk how i haven't played this one yet but you're so right. i was so confused until i saw the other woman...
it's still pretty hard actually
it was very kind of her to endure this for that long
i had to make this easier because it took my friend over an hour just to get past this room #gamedev
(lightbulb appears above my head) if i show half the cool surprises of the game i'm working on, i can leave enough hidden that even someone who sees every post would still enjoy the game, and most people won't see every post anyway so it's not much of a sacrifice
literally every cool idea i've ever had was immediately followed up with "oh but this would cause X problem, maybe it won't work after all." the trick is to do it anyway
it's really funny that the lesson the games industry learned from the success of fromsoft was not "we should use friction as a tool instead of shaving all the edges off until there's nothing left to give our games an identity" but instead "we should make games that look like dark souls"
if you had the choice of $500,000 or the opportunity to use Lelouch's Geass on Jay-Z, you should always choose Jay-Z. worst case scenario you can just use it to make him give you all his money (which would be a MUCH higher sum). honestly i have no idea why people struggle so much with this
it wasn’t really an issue for the tiny games i’ve made so far because the appeal was a lot more limited, but i think it’s a disservice to anything bigger than that, including what i’ve been working on now
i would like my whole game to be a cool surprise, but without revealing the cool parts no one would have any interest in it. i end up posting nothing because i don’t want to ruin that experience for the people who do play it
the catch-22 of making games with cool surprises is that if you post about the cool surprise it stops being a surprise, but if you don’t then people won’t know there’s something worth experiencing
Three panel comic. Panel 1: a guy in a pawn shop talking to the employee at the counter. He has about half a loaf of bread in a bag in front of him. The seller asks, “how much will you give me for this stale bread?” Panel 2: the unsure employee replies, “tell ya what— I got a buddy who’s an expert on this stuff.” Panel 3: a goose in a hat and sunglasses walks confidently through the shop entrance towards the counter.
from my point of view, it is sonic who is too fast
