I can no longer recommend youtube music (same goes for spotify but generally I also don't recommend that) because if you try and listen to jazz it's absolutely full of AI jazz music. Deezer and Apple Music might be the only good ones these days

Found an app that lets me export my daily apple health data into obsidian. Super nice because I’m collecting a fuck ton of data and I like having that data, but I’ve always hated having it stuck forever in the Apple health app. Now I’ve got my historical data going back 11 years in .md files

new technology unlocked: pre-workout before the gym and adhd meds when I wake up. ADHD meds start kicking in half way through the workout. Just had one of the best workouts I've had in months

Man I wish I hadn’t left my old small form factor office PCs at my last house when I moved. One of those with steamOS would have been such a wicked set top box to stream steam games to my TV. I think a couple of em even had really basic GPUs
