My friend @ivanmiranda.com took our kayak adventure a step further and printed a kayak in less than 24 hours, on a treadmill! You should definitely watch the video! youtu.be/9DpMkYDCq9Y?...

Just casually testing a 3D printed kayak in front of an audience for the first time that @ivanmiranda.com and I printed on a treadmill. Thanks @prusa3d.com for making this possible! This has become one of my fondest memories and I'm very happy that I can share this with you! youtu.be/QuZW259aIn0
Yes, because it worked!
This is what they meant by enabling ironing right?
Yep. They're bug plugs🤣
Final preparations with @ivanmiranda.com to show the kayak at @makerfaire.cz
We're on our way to Maker Faire Prague. Currently on the A89 in France. Honk if you see a @prusa3d.com orange boat flying by! Thanks to Prusa for making this trip happen!
Where's our car? If we don't find it soon we won't make it to Maker Faire Prague in time for the weekend!
Thank you! Prusa sponsors the filament and the trip to Maker Faire Prague!
Yes! A kayak
Thanks Tony!
I designed a roller for this sawhorse to prevent it from toppling over😆
The nozzle came loose because of the insane speed that we're printing at and some other reasons. We cut away the bad section and started from there with a different file. We've got a deadline to catch!
We started Wednesday night
Don't worry, just a minor setback.
I should be finished by Wednesday next week🤞
Day two of "The Print". A bit behind schedule, but still going strong!
I'm at @ivanmiranda.com's place again and we started "The print". This is just the tip!🤣
We built a huge workbench using two Datona tool cabinets back to back and two thick plywood sheets. I'm going to show a lot of awesome projects on this thing! More updates soon!
Look!! A wild @properprinting.bsky.social appeared in my shop!! Fun stuff incoming!!!
Cool milestone reached today😎
I love ideas like this! I got asked a lot why I didn't print it out of flat parts like traditional shoes and ideas like yours is one of the reasons why!
I'm ending this year with one of my biggest challenges yet; 3D printed classical shoes and took these to Formnext as my only shoes while I had no idea if they would hold up — all done with an impossible deadline!
It's a long video so get comfortable youtu.be/PvWhdPce7A4
Can't wait to see you there!
