Usually you will be will be greeted with a few questions that are going to stop the AI making bad assumptions and massively increasing your chances of success without loads of back and fourth.
Number one tip to get better results out of cursor/AI coding tools...
After writing a big old prompt explaining what you want, always finish it "Do you understand the instructions and do you have any questions or suggestions?"
I wish Cursor tied chats to the current branch you are working on.
I want to be able to be experimenting vibe coding a feature on one branch, then switch to another branch to implement something else small and come back to my vibe branch with all the cursor state restored.

Not for everything, but maybe some for specific complex areas that you need to be sure work perfectly.
For example in one of our AI products we have a "buildMessages" function that take in various db models and transforms them into a format for an LLM call. Its super complex we had tests for that
