Filipino bakery has some really interesting items. Sweet breads with a semi sweet filling fantastic with coffee, and this banana filed glazed fried spring roll. Not overly sweet and well balanced.

This "vietnamese chipotle" isn't bad just let down by bread construction. The bread is just not a Bahn Mi baguette but the rest of the flavor is good. Fantastic yuzu and lychee tea drinks though. Not bad for a mall food court.

Oyakidon. Legitimately excited to be eating something I made instead. The whole ready meal expirement made me realize I get happiness out the satisfaction of making something I want equal or more than a restaurant. That small win everyday is a nice boost.

But tbh I'm kind of glad this whole expirement is over and I'm back to cooking. These meals just aren't to my satisfaction even at a discounted price. I just enjoy making and eatinf exactly what I want.

One of the few that actually makes you do something other than heat up an oven. Actually the best one I have had so far. If I got it at a restaurant for $10 I wouldn't be upset. The chorizo corn pasta sounds better in theory but mostly tastes of pasta.

Ehhhh. Curry sauce is watery and on a restaurant level of "mild" growing trend of these flavors being made for the lowest common denominator which seems to go against this "chef driven" idea of the whole thing.

People that use toilets are weird.
