βMr Llewellyn would never have dreamed of employing his leisure peering into the cupboards where the family skeletons were hidden...Mr Payne Llewellyn would have risked large out-of-pocket expenses to furnish them with double, triple, impregnable locks.β

Vegans!
I'm looking for vegan and/or animal rights newsletters/zines/podcasts/other platforms that do book reviews. Can you suggest any?

That would be great, thank you. I can't use DMs here either because I refuse to go through the ID process. My Instagram is v.r.ling .... I'm still not entirely sure how Instagram works but I'm (slowly) getting there but please forgive any slowness on my part π

Thank you and that would be great. I'm sorry, I haven't kept a list. I set up an Instagram account to go through the vegan newsletters and then I unfollow once I've asked as a way of ticking them off. Basically, I've tried all the usual suspects and of course the big name mags like Vegan Society.

Hello, I wonder if I could pick your brain? I have a novel coming out this Spring (I'm vegan, so is my publisher, and the book is largely about speciesism). I'm trying to find vegan newsletters, platforms that might review it. Have you any suggestions? I've tried over 40 so far but none respond.

My front lawn and much of the lower end of the back (where I've planted the hedgehog mini woodland) is nearly all moss and I love it. Such character and the bugs adore it.

But both things can be true
University staff did do their very best, but students didnβt get the full experience they paid for
COVID students paid Β£9,250 a year for locked campuses & Zoom lectures, the experience was diminished
They deserve a partial rebate -- itβs basic fairness

Cover image of the Twisted Road written by Simon Kewin, artwork by Alex Storer. The cover depicts a metallic space station in the shape of a large mΓΆbius strip, in orbit around the planet Mars. Various lights are shining through portholes in the station and a docking bay is visible and well-lit. Approaching the station is a small spaceship. At the top of the image are the words THE MΓBIUS SEQUENCE 1 in white. Below that in larger white type is the title THE TWISTED ROAD. Towards the bottom of the page is the authorβs name SIMON KEWIN in golden letters.
In conjunction with our friends at The Fantasy Hive, we are delighted to reveal the cover for The Twisted Road, book 1 in The MΓΆbius Sequence, an extraordinary science fiction trilogy by Simon Kewin. Set on the battered, yet operational, MΓΆbius station orbiting Mars, it is a SF mystery story.

Tony Benn warned me about Mandelson 40 years ago
Jeffrey Epstein wasnβt convicted last week or last year, but 18 years ago, writes Jeremy Corbyn. Parliament needs to look itself in the mirror β and ask itself how it has become embroiled in a ghastly...
The Peter Mandelson scandal is what happens when a government abandons its moral compass.
Parliament needs to look itself in the mirror β and ask itself how it became embroiled in a web of lies, abuse and corruption.
