Grand corruption is not a force of nature. It is a choice. And that means we can choose differently. It is easy to feel overwhelmed by the scale of injustice in our world. But I have a deep conviction that an unfair world is simply a broken one and broken things can be fixed. Corruption thrives on silence and apathy. It builds systems that enrich the few at the expense of the many. But these systems are not inevitable. I have dedicated my life’s work to understanding and combating this phenomenon wherever it manifests. With Luxembourg for Transparency, we are turning that personal conviction into collective action.
