I think this probably maps well to companies which offer employees a degree of freedom about how and what they work on, rather than forcing people into arbitrary groups based on their position at hiring.
Learning is a lifelong process, after all.

Spot on. Comprehensive pedestrianisation should be far higher up the agenda in our cities than it is. Nearly wherever cars go, cities get worse. Nearly wherever they’re removed, those urban spaces flourish.

Overdue reform to feudal leasehold laws good example of why everything takes so long to get done: consultation paralysis. The new legislation may be needed-but holding another consultation *next* summer? Too much consultation (which protects vested interests) one of the big problems with our system.
