I'm back on the job hunt! If anybody's looking for a remote (Seattle) senior software engineer with a decade of experience in media processing, networking, security, and low-level native development, hit me up.

hey folks! still looking for work and in my experience I'm only able to get anywhere with direct referrals, so if you know of any Senior-or-above engineering roles w/ focus on fullstack or frontend web, DM me! CV available on request. most recent work was staff at Discord and co-founder of cohost.
This library has made me want to animate things I have no business animating, just for the sake of animating them.
meowdy! figured i'd create a professional account in advance of GDC so i had a space to put my thoughts on the state of the industry and follow folks that make things i care about.
if you've got questions about getting your game integrated with discord, feel free to reach out, i'm happy to answer!

To be clear, this is not a defense of Maduro. The process of law has failed us, and it becomes more obvious by the day.
I guess we shouldn't be surprised that the US has extended its policy of kidnapping people and charging them with fake crimes. The hypocrisy, while typically blatant and unabashed, is in this case just depressing.
If only we shipped it π
Tidal. Their recommendation algorithm has been much worse in my experience (I see a lot of songs I've already liked and listened to a lot), but the fundamentals are there and work well. If you listen to niche music, I've heard their selection is weak; but, as a mainstream normie, it's been fine.
I've had some complaints since my switch off of Spotify but absolutely no regrets.

The moving sale discount is increased to 40%! I will close down the store Thursday, Nov 13th, as I prepare to move out very soon.
"a few items you may like"+ photos of 6 pottery items from my online pottery store.
These are the screen grabs of probably the last newsletter email I've sent for a long while. I'm moving across the ocean and I have no idea if and when I'll be able to re-establish a pottery studio.

Absolutely tragic end to the season for the Mariners, but also one of the most fun seasons to watch since I was a kid. We went down fighting and had some absolutely epic games and moments along the way. π±
It's my duty to boo that call but yeahhhh
Huh, well that's certainly an understandable reason to unsubscribe. It is unfortunate that their prior behavior wasn't enough, but hey whatever makes it happen I guess.
It's worth noting that there are plenty of other great solutions out there if you don't like mine. If you're looking for something a bit more featureful, musicpresence.app is a great option.
I'm not sure what's going on with Spotify lately but I've seen a few people talk about switching. This seems like a great time to plug my RPC app again: I also didn't switch for a long time because of their integration with Discord, but I got fed up enough and haven't looked back.
I've been a happy Tidal user ever since the Joe Rogan situation. The only thing I really miss is the integrations, but I solved the Discord integration and honestly I can live with everything else.
