That’s not to say you shouldn’t be a critical thinker, but just understand that making everything a zero sum game will promise a zero sum result truly whether you come out winning or not.
Not everything needs to be radical in order to result in a radical change. Any resistance is still resistance and any assistance is still assistance. If it’s not enough to you then figure out who you can assist in making it enough beyond telling someone to do something. Organize and shit.
A lot of people will say “we need a revolution” yet offer nothing but hyperbole. I get it and I’ve been guilty of it. With that being said, the older I get the more value I see in minor actions. Yelling into the void is emotionally satisfying and socially stagnant as it pertains to society.
Doing something is better than doing nothing. You do not need to be a revolutionary to inspire change. The way we use small goals to achieve larger goals in our personal lives can apply to society at large. Stop letting perfection be the enemy of good.
