What percentage of Empyr citizens are Aspects?

unfortunately i have a very poor sense of scale, but i'd say maybe somewhere in the single digits? i don't want too many aspects bc they'd all have to be unique (i'm too uncreative) + i'm worried having too many will upend what little stability empyr has LOL

none of these exist at a systemic level, but interpersonal instances may happen (albeit rarely). generally it's a gender-blind society for reasons i shan't spoil. also if it's a single anon sending these i appreciate ur interesting questions 😌

Does Soulium technology require a lot of maintenance/upkeep or is it fairly stable once it's implemented into something?

it depends on the artifact and what type of soulium it's using. like a phone (callstone) just resonates with other callstones so there's little to no maintenance. artifacts that burn soulium as fuel will obviously need more of it, especially if it's gray soulium (the least potent)
