Status Update:

This is still a true statement. I'm not as bad now as I was then (thank you all for the kindness), and I can talk in complete sentences again. But the flu/cold I caught is doggedly stubborn, and my symptoms wildly fluctuate from "cured" to "leaving bed should be illegal"
