We may not have a primary to worry about here in Camp Zoey, but that doesn't mean that I have let off the gas. Representation should be in the community; listening, learning, and growing. I am proud to be in my community as much as humanly possible, and will continue, way past November.

I adulted today. I finally set up my Pay By Plate accounts in all states that I travel through regularly, instead of waiting for the late notices.
It's something that I don't ever think about because we don't have tolls where I live, so I only ever use it a few times a year.

Went up to Dekalb today to try to get a tour of the Meta data center.
A few things I noticed. For supplying hundreds of jobs, it was weird that there were only 4 cars in the lot on a Wednesday at 130 in the afternoon.
Last night I spent the evening with the wonderful Nicole Dopler, Kevin Lamm, Patrick Cortesi, and Paul Nolley in Wyoming for our town hall! Tons of amazing people and questions, all with an amazing community.
If someone wants to cliff note this for tomorrow, I will definitely ignore it.
I just got home from my town hall. It was wonderful.
Now, time to go shower and go to bed, because instead of being a senile jackass ranting about the clouds transing my Epstein island or whatever, I actually care about human beings and love my life, along with the rest of my community.

As a candidate for State Representative here in Illinois, I want to know how giving money to keep a stadium is going to help out starving families here in Central Illinois.

This is akin to outlawing cancer care and vaccines. Every person must have equal healthcare. And I will fight for others for as long as I am alive. And unfortunately, for the soft suits in DC, I'm a Midwestern trans woman. I'm as stubborn as a newborn calf and as hardy as the corn in our ground.
Today, we lost an amazing leader in the fight for equality. Rev. Jackson moved mountains, unwaivering, to see our great nation progress forward.
