Columbus had two pedestrians struck while walking on the road in a span of about twenty-four hours. One was critically injured and another was killed.
One location had zero sidewalks.
The other had sidewalks that were completely buried in snow and ice.

It's good to be aware of absolutely, but I don't think it's useful (or fun really) to write off media that has harmful political tendencies, and I mostly think that the culture leads to the media, not the other way around, so I try to aim my critique at the culture, not the media.

I think it's not worse than most things you'd see in mainstream TV especially that were happening in 1996 but not fun to think any deeper about
Agree I mostly don't find him funny, AND there's also at least some argument to be made that his characterization is vaguely racist
