What I feel like after a huge deployment

The problem I struggle with is that the code a few methods deep sometimes doesn’t have a higher context to WHY it’s doing stuff. This is where comments explaining business scenarios help me quickly understand why this code is doing what it’s doing.

I'm generally shocked when I find people don't like/want inline comments in code where the comments are explaining business rule and/or logic and also include scenario's and examples.

And no - this isn't useless comments like "loop through users" and it's a loop. That provides no context to WHY etc

Oh man …. I even remember when this was released and I was like “yep! Imma going to use this very very soon”.
