Sometimes when i’m bored i try make myself a fancy-ish dinner for no reason. I gotta work on my plating but this was honey-soy chicken thighs, miso asparagus, corn salad and an edamame-asparagus puree. It tasted good but it still kinda looks like a pile of “stuff” 😅
