Noco is sitting next to her, sunbathing. Off to the other side, Esquie (wearing a pool float/inner tube) is giving Sciel (who has on a life vest) a thumbs up. In the foreground, Monoco and Maelle are kneeling on either side of Verso, who is buried up to his neck in the sand. Monoco's word balloon text reads: He is the sand guardian! Verso's word balloon text reads: Guardian of the Sand! Maelle's word balloon text reads: Sprong quivers before him!
Second panel. Same composition as the previous panel, however both Maelle and Monoco are running away from Verso. Verso looks confused. A small caption above his head reads: ...What?
