Updated integer-multiply with a Brightness Compensation parameter, which will overbrighten the colors to make up for the shader's dimming

If you want to play GBA games at integer scale on a 640x480 screen, your options are cropping the sides at 3x size or wasting half of the screen at 2x size. You can now ease the pain of the latter with these border overlays!
