So it's not so much that I need an echo chamber, or that I can't have my ideas challenged, because they do, I believe, stand up to scrutiny. I'm just so fucking tired of constantly having to prove myself when I think I've earned the benefit of the doubt after years of being outspoken about stuff.
I'm intensely afraid of being called out as a fraud for not knowing something I think I do, it's one of the big reasons I don't teach tai chi despite being better at it than some teachers with successful classes. I try to be precise in my language and not say anything I can't back up.

and with that knowledge, vote against my rights and resist my worldview where diversity is valued and no demographic is a monolith, and every individual has a right to live a decent life. Both types treat me like an extremist whose ideology isn't reality-based and is causing baseless anxiety.
