It's the most devastating moment in a young mans life, when he quite reasonably says to himself, "I shall never play The Dameβ.
I did this picture for a friend - it features as many children's story characters as I could either think of or fit into the picture. Some are modern, some are retro. In the middle is Thomas the Tank Engine, and other recognisable figures are the teletubbies, Postman Pat, Paddington Bear, the Clangers

My biology teacher at school claimed he had to do this to himself once. And occasionally, at work, a colleague asks me to have a feel of a cat or dogβs dislocated hip or elbow and I inadvertently pop it back in. Not done that with a shoulder though.
