He has had liquid come out of his nose after drinking or eating really wet food.

When I look at his nose so see if there's any bubbling (another respiratory infection sign) he's just staring right back at me like "unhand me"

If the tortoise sneezes i keep a closer eye on him for a while. Too much sneezing means respiratory infection.

It's usually bc he got dirt up his nose tho.

Tortoises dont make a lot of noises vocally (only really when mating) but they do make a ruckus when running around
